Choose from Gulf Front, Partial Gulf View, Pool View or Garden View units. Please select your type of unit and if you have a particular condo or building in mind, mention it in the comment box. We will do our best to accommodate you. |

| Weekly Rates and Booking: Discounts are given for stays of 7 nights or more beginning on a Saturday. These stays are booked by unit, the specific unit. Feel free to check availability to see what units are open and then view the units on our Condo page. |

and leadership are monitoring the situation closely on your behalf. We have been very fortunate that the area of concern continues to be far from
our beautiful island and with our NO RISK DEPOSIT policy you can make your travel plans with peace of mind. If the beaches of Sanibel Island, Florida experience any unlikely closures related to BP's incident, you may elect to reschedule your vacation to arrive within 12 months (of your original arrival date) with no penalty. This NO RISK DEPOSIT policy allows you flexibility up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Currently this policy applies to any reservation now through August 20th 2010. |
