Let’s Go Once Around the Grounds at Sanibel Arms West
Across the country, it’s just a few more weeks ’til it’s officially spring — but here at Sanibel Arms West, the flora is in full bloom and the progress on our special slice of paradise is booming, too.
Just a few moments away, Lighthouse Beach Park is looking better than ever with facilities restoration, beach renourishment and best of all, our iconic lighthouse outfitted with a new leg (to replace one lost in the storm) and prepping for a beautiful new coat of paint.
Another island “institution” — the Sanibel Farmers Market — has returned to City Hall and is a must-do for all who love the freshest fruits, veggies, bakery, treats, seafood and other delights! Open every Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm.
Just this weekend, two more island landmarks celebrated major milestones with a fundraiser to rebuild Sanibel Sea School, and the official reopening of Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum & Aquarium.
Plus for a handy and up-to-date list of all that’s open, visit the Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce here.
As we move forward at Sanibel Arms West, we’ll continue to keep you alert to our journey back. And don’t forget to follow our progress on Facebook, too!
We wish you, your family and your friends continued health and happiness, and we hope to see you again sometime later this year.
